	Wednesday August 12, 2009 - Daily Prayer Guide Pray for NATIONS of the WORLD Pray for the new government in Nigeria that God Almighty may guide the new leaders in the country. Let us pray for righteousness, divine wisdom and direction in the administration of Nigeria under the current leadership. Pray that God may permanently resolve the religion crisis between Moslem and Christians in Nigeria. Pray that God may give the new government a solution to the perennial problems of the Delta areas of the country. Pray that God may have His ways in the affairs of the country forth with. Pray that the heart of the people may be drawn to God in righteousness. Pray that God may intervene in the country of Iraq and ensure that a resounding peace return to the region as they have got a new government. Let us pray for the service men and women that God may be with them through out their entire duration of stay in Iraq. Let us pray for the people of Iraq for amicable settlement with each other especially in the process of wound healing in country. Let us pray for the elect of God in the service that God may divinely protect them that they may come home safely. The problems in the Middle East is becoming the problems of the whole world, let us pray that God may touch the hearts of the warring parties and be able to come to peaceful agreement within the nations. Pray for peace in the Middle East between Israelites and the Palestinians. Pray for a divine intervention of God in this region. Pray that the chaotic situations may come to an end in order to avert war in this region of the world. In a time like this pray that God may continue to uphold the people and Government of United States of America. Pray that God may endow the President of United States with divine wisdom so that he may lead this great country in the righteousness of God. Pray that God may expose the wicked act of terrorism against United States before the evil is perpetrated. Pray that God may rekindle His first love in the heart of our leaders in the Congress and in the Senate and also in all rank and file of the people of this nation. Pray for divine guidance in every arms of the government. Pray that God may avert natural disasters, famine and outbreak of disease in all the nations of the world.
