The Temple of God

The Temple of God is the melting point between humanity and divinity. It is the revelation of God unto humanity that the Lord want to fellowship with man.  Man has inherent tendency to worship an entity.  God revealed Himself to humanity that He is the only Holy Living God to worship so that man will not drift into idolatry.

Since creation God had been fellowshipping with man in the temple.  At Eden, He came down to His temple at the cool of the day to fellowship with Adam and Eve.  In the wilderness journey of the Israelites, the Lord did not withhold his fellowship with His people.
